Although today we may think of eclair as of typical and common piece of pastry, but twenty years back the feeling was totally different.
And it was Mr. Adams who started this movement of numerous varieties and original flavours in 2012, when he opened his first original pastry concept in Paris having éclair as a star product.

Besides his career as a chef, Cristophe still has time to write pastry books. He believes creativeness is a key and that the best way to share his passion with like-minded is to gather all his experience in a book. It literally is a chance to create eclairs like the chef himself would stand in your kitchen.

20 years in 500 pages and 200 recipes

It was our honour to create a custom deluxe slipcase for a new book from Cristophe Adams. And we took care to wrap his book as elegant and vibrant as his eclairs are. Slipcases are great in providing all sided protection, still leaving the spine of the book visible.
